When you’ve done something for over 25 years, you learn a lot.  Bryan Krantz’s  job as Facilities Manager of Jefferson Downs race track in 1984 was the launching point of a career - now in its second decade – providing commercial maintenance services.

Keeping the physical plants of Jefferson Downs, the New Orleans Fair Grounds and 15 Finish-Line Off-Track Betting parlors running smoothly offered daily opportunities to trouble-shoot just about any maintenance issue imaginable.  From keeping lighting, HVAC , plumbing and lawns in order, to replacing sheetrock, painting or mopping up disasters, Bryan Krantz and his KCS team are proven solution specialists.
